Things we are not a fan of:
- Customer Service gave us conflicting information
- Reception when out walking was patchy, but I was in a Forrest
- No home broadband service
- Limited perks like cinema tickets, priority concert tickets etc

So nothing major on the dislikes and certainly a good mobile network to switch to.
